We understand that sometimes things don’t work out as planned, so our Returns Policy is designed to make the process as smooth as possible. Whether it’s our plush thickened blankets, adorable children’s blankets, or functional wearable blankets, if you’re not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. We kindly ask that you include proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email, to expedite the return process. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.

Initiating a Return

To start a return, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return. Our support team will provide instructions and a return authorization, guiding you through each step. Please note that items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping Costs

If your return is due to an error on our part or a defective product, we will cover the shipping costs. However, for general returns where the item is not defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, size, or product, please initiate the process by emailing us at [email protected]. We’ll arrange for the exchange if the item is available and guide you on any additional costs.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, certain items, like blankets used beyond an initial inspection, may not be eligible for returns. Clearance and sale items are also final sale and cannot be returned.
